Rose Marie Anderson was born July 17, 1928 in Bristow, OK the daughter of Vern and Faun (Hoffman) Moses. She graduated from Sapulpa High School and attended Oklahoma Baptist University. On December 31, 1950, she married Burke L. “Fritz” Anderson \in Oklahoma City.  She retired from Tinker Air Force Base and was a leading sales representative nationwide with Avon for several years. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers, and  5 sisters.

 

She is survived by: Husband: Burke “Fritz” Anderson of Shawnee

                                 Son: Burke A. Anderson and wife Mary of Norman

                                 Son: Larry Anderson of Shawnee

                                Daughter: Valerie Anderson of Shawnee

                                  Granddaughters: Delilah Ayres and Jody of Shawnee

                                                                 Rhianna Anderson of Shawnee

                                                                  Lindsey Miller and Doug of Moore

                                  Grandson: Brett Anderson of Norman

                                  Great-Grandson: Zachary Ayres of Shawnee

                                  Great-Granddaugher:Jenna Hayes of Conway, AR

                                  Sister: Betty Steinfield and Phil of Virginia Beach, VA

                          And numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

 

Memorial contributions can be made to Alzheimer’s Association, Shawnee Fire Department, or a charity of choice.
